It isn’t like I’m fat, but I’m just not comfortable with the way my stomach and abs look. Any way to improve? I have an elliptical, weights, and a bike machine but I don’t know if those will help much for the stomach area. I just want a flat stomach and no love handles. Any answers are appreciated!

Actually, working out (running, biking, jogging, swimming, jumping rope, etc) is very good for your abs and stomach region.
The more you do that the more muscle you have - which means the more fat you burn. I’m sure there are people here who can tell you more, but since I have picked up running the biggest difference I have seen is a tighter core.
Calorie deficit and cardio.
Do sit ups and crunches and running or walking everyday or at least 3 times a week.
Well, exercising is one solution, but should be done along with dieting. Increase fibre and protein intake with a weight program. Increasing muscle activity eats up fat deposits, warms it up. Decreasing your system (not depriving) with sugar and carbs will help too. If you like to eat, decrease the portions, or divide a large meal into six small portions divided at equal intervals during the day. Limit alcohol and fat intake, too. When doing weights, when your not exerting effort anymore, move on to heavier weights.
Peace!
